By choosing Mandal Impex to send parcels from South Korea to Pakistan, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Service Scope
Mandal Impex provides international sea cargo shipping services from South Korea to Pakistan, including:
- Free pickup for boxes weighing 30 kg or more
- Comprehensive customs clearance in Pakistan
- Nationwide home delivery across all provinces, including KPK, Sindh, Punjab, and Balochistan
2. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Narcotics, weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous substances
- Alcohol in any form
- Fake, counterfeit, or pirated goods
- Currency, bonds, or financial instruments
- Perishable goods without proper cold-chain packaging
- Any items restricted under South Korean or Pakistani law
Mandal Impex reserves the right to inspect and confiscate any prohibited or undeclared items without notice.
3. Packing Responsibility
- Customers are fully responsible for secure and durable packaging.
- Claims for damaged goods will not be accepted if the item was inadequately packed.
- Mandal Impex reserves the right to refuse shipment of parcels that are not packed properly.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 40–45 days via sea cargo.
- This timeframe is an estimate. Delays may occur due to customs schedules, port congestion, public holidays, or shipping line disruptions.
5. Complaints & Damage Claims
To file a valid complaint or claim:
- The recipient must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear, uncut video must be provided, showing the parcel being opened at the destination.
- The video must clearly show the condition of the external packaging and how it was opened.
- No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery or without proper video evidence.
- Claims resulting from poor or insufficient packaging will not be entertained.
6. Customs & Duties
- Mandal Impex manages all customs clearance and duty payments in Pakistan.
- No additional charges will be collected from the customer for duties.
- However, customers are required to submit a complete and accurate packing list at the time of shipping.
- No liability will be accepted for any undeclared, misdeclared, or restricted items.
7. Home Delivery
Mandal Impex provides door-to-door delivery after successful customs clearance in Pakistan.
8. Payment Terms
- All shipping charges must be paid within 3 days of dispatch.
- Failure to make payment on time may result in delays or withholding of delivery.
9. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
Mandal Impex is not liable for any delay, damage, or loss caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, landslides, storms)
- Road closures, port strikes, political unrest, or customs delays
- Cargo ship delays or changes in vessel schedules
10. Privacy & Data Use
We value your privacy. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of shipping, customs procedures, and customer service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
11. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By proceeding with Mandal Impex services, I confirm that:
- I have read and understood all the Terms & Conditions listed above.
- I agree to comply fully with all conditions and policies.
- I will not file any claims or complaints beyond the scope and limitations clearly defined in this agreement.
